At Mongoose, we stand behind the quality of our bikes and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place all items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
